Locker Hook Tablet Cover

This is the Locker Hook tablet cover that I made for my Mom for Christmas.
I put a pansy on it because she likes them...I think.
In Primary we would sing
"Little purple pansies touched with yellow gold...."
I love that song and I think of my Mom as she was the chorister for many years.


I got online and did a image search on Google for purple pansies and found lots.

I picked this one....

I printed it out and laid the paper under the grid thingy
hahaha
and traced it on there for the out line.

Then started with the yellow and then filled in the purple/and blueish petals.

Melted Cheese, Plain Greek Yogurt topped with Sprouts!!!!

So I re-pinned these yummy looking cheese chips and wanted to make them....
Cheddar Frico .
Easy looking, right?
Well I tried it yesterday.
And failed.
Our non-stick frying pan is a
non-non-stick burning pan.
So I had some tasty (but not pretty like in the photo) cheese.
Nearly burned cheese is so good.


So I baked it instead of fried.
I sprayed the foiled cookie sheet with PAM and laid the cheese out.
Thin slices of Colby and little bits of shredded Mozzarella.
Each in their own little pile.
And shoved them in the oven.
350 for about 10 minutes.....
watch it though because we don't want them too burned :)

DONE!!!

They were surprisingly easy to pop off the foil.
I used a dull knife to slide under and pop.
EASY.
Just watch for sneaky foil on the back side.

The little white spots are not spots at all :)
they are little holes in the cheese chip.
CRISPY!!!

A little dollop of my new favorite....Greek Yogurt!!!!
I love sour cream and I use this instead.
OH...this is PLAIN Greek Yogurt.
Vanilla would be YUCK!!!

Last I topped it off with my very own,
grown in my home,
inside a bag,
sprouts ....
also my new favorite.

So try this out....I am so happy with this while I am on my low carb diet.
